I came across this blog by hisoka-batolaman informing about buzz score.  In his blog, he made mention that we should not be buzzing more than 20 buzzes a day per member and that is according to this blog by Rana-Faiz telling the same thing.

I find it funny though that upon checking Rana-Faiz' profile, this is what it says.

Notice how much buzzes he will give if you buzz him and subscribe to him.  There's even a video as evidence.  Isn't that interesting?

I noticed too that his buzz score is at 33.  So I checked his stats.

Does this mean that his advice of less than 20 buzzes a day holds true? If what Rana-Faiz said is correct, then I guess we should not post more than 20 accumulated posts (video, blogs, microblogs, and gallery combined) so that other members will only buzz less than 20 a day.

I find it interesting though about hisoka-batolaman said that we should delete spam comments.  If that does really affects buzz scores, then I think we should do that.

I checked out the TOS of bitLanders and spamming is really not allowed.

It says so in 2.2 that you should not post indecent, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit.  I see a lot of that here.

Posting links of other sites could be one of the reasons why buzz scores are going down.

It was also made mention in the TOS that be careful with your tagging.  Tag appropriately and relevant to what you have posted.

How did I increase my buzz score?

• Log in every day.
• Submit blogs and galleries for review.
• Do the daily quests.
• Buy anything in the shop that has additional buzz scores.
• Donate to charities.
• Make sure to upload new content in every category every day.
• Share posts in Twitter, Google +, and Facebook.
• Comment on others' posts.
• Buzz and buzz and buzz not only 5, not only 10 but more than 20 even, depending on the new posts of a member I am visiting.

Doing those will surely help in maintaining your base buzz.  Direct powerups or the +(any number) depends on your activities for the day.  Remember that the buzz bonuses are good for one day only or depending on the bonus you received.  Some may last for 5 days and some lasts for more.
