Sometimes we just feel so down and sad that the only thing you can do is to cry, to let go of the feelings, release the stress and tensions. We are just human once in a while we are just so helpless, lonely in tears. But doesn't mean were not strong enough, to face our problems in life. I think we need time to think, realize and analyze the situation. Give some space to evaluate certain issue in your life. Accept the things that you can't change and move on with your life. Be happy with what you have, remember you are so blessed in many ways. It's okey to cry but not always.
