Most people especially in Asian countries can't skip a day without eating a rice every meals. Rice has been a staple food for most of us. And me too would not allow myself to dig up a mouth-watering steak without a rice as a partner. One thing's for sure, for my lifetime I will eat rice. Some people say that overeating white rice can add a waistline or can make my tummy big. I don't know if I should believe that. But according to some health enthusiast white rice can really make your belly big because it undergone many processes compared to brown rice, wild rice or red rice. Brown rice and wild rice are much more waistline friendly and healthy when compared to white rice according to them. Though I haven't tasted brown rice yet.
