برنامه‌ي شصت دقيقه‌ي سي بي اس نيوز در هفته گذشته در باره‌ي كساني‌كه در مكتب ابتتدايه‌ي سندي اوك كشته شده بودند، بود.
در اين برنامه، پدر و مادر هاي به‌غم فرو رفته توانستند تصاویر كودكان شان را كه در قاب گرفته شده بود، به مليون‌ها نفر نشان دهند و از آن‌ها ياد آوري كنند.
در سالون‌ي كه آن‌ها جمع شده بودند، انواع شيريني ها را هم آورده بودند براي كودكان. كودكاني‌كه 6 تا 9 سال بيش سن نداشتند.
به اين ترتیب از اطفالي كه آن‌ها را در مكتبی كه در منطقه نيوتاون قرار دارد از دست داده بودند، يادبود به عمل آوردند.
در اين محفل كسي گريه مي‌كرد و كسي چشمانش به چيزي كوك شده و به فكر عميق فرو رفته بود. به‌فكر اطفالي كه به قول معروف "از اين دنيا چيزي را ن‌ديده بودن."
اين پدر و مادر هاي عزا دار، اين چنين محفل ياد بود را به كمك نهاد هاي گوناگون راه اندازي كرده بودند.
Last week’s 60 minutes was about the massacre that had happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School. 60 minutes gave the Newtown’s grieving parents to the framed pictures of the kids they had lost to the people of the world.
The hall the grieving parents had gathered, they had brought with them various kinds of chocolates to the kids. There were lots of 6-9 year-old kids at this hall. In this way they could commemorate from the occasion they had marked.
In this grieving party one was crying, and one was thinking deeply about the child or children they had lost at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
The grieving parents had marked this day by cooperation of different Organizations.
