Chicken Achari Handi

Ingredients:
Oil 1 Cup
Onions (Thinly Sliced) 2 No’s
Ginger Garlic Paste ¼ cup
Tomatoes (Cubes Cutting) 3 No’s
Chicken Breast Boneless (Cubes Cutting) 1 Kg
Mix Pickles (Chopped) ½ Cup
Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Achari Masala 2 Tsp
Yogurt ¼ Cup
Salt ½ Tsp
Gram Masala (Whole) 1 Tbsp
Garnishing:
Fresh Coriander
Green Chilies
Ginger

Instructions:
First take a stock pot. Heat the oil and add onions wait till it changes its colour to golden light brown. Seasoning with tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, gram masala powder. Add some water also. Covered the stock pot by a covered (lid). Cook it for few minutes. Now grind the chicken handi masala in a blender. Take another clean stock pot add some oil. When the oil heats add the chicken cubes. Seasoning with red chili powder, turmeric powder and gram masala whole. Now it’s time to add the grind masala + mix pickles (sprinkle some achari masala over mix pickles) to give a fine taste of actual chicken achari handi. Covered the stock pot by a lid and cook it in a moderate heat for a few minutes.

Cook Time: 35 to 40 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
