Chicken Mughlai Badami Handi

Ingredients:
Oil 1 Cup
Onions (Thinly Sliced) 2 No’s
Ginger Garlic Paste ¼ Cup
Yogurt ½ Cup
Cream ½ Pkt
Milk ¼ Ltr
Chicken Powder 2 Tsp
White Pepper ½ Tsp
Black Pepper ½ Tsp
Chicken Boneless (Cubes Cutting) 1 Kg
Almonds 100 Gms
Gram Masala Whole ½ Tsp
Gram Masala Powder ¼ Tsp
Salt To Taste
Bay Leaves 3 To 4 Leaves

Instructions:
First take a stock pot. Heat the oil then add the onions and wait till it starts turning light golden. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes. Add green chilies whole, yogurt, chicken powder, white pepper, black pepper and salt to taste. Then covered the stock pot lid for a few minutes by means of a gravy solution. After all this grind the gravy solution. Again take a clean stock pot add chicken boneless, gram masala, little bit red crushed chilies and grind gravy solution. Together grind the almonds and milk. After grinding pour down in chicken mughlai badami handi. Taste to see whether any further seasoning is required or not. Keep stirring from time to time add cream cover and cook till thick gravy remains. Lastly add gram masala powder and bay leaves.

Cook Time: 30 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
