Rice        Half kilogram boiled

Chicken boneless boiled and grilled

Salt as per taste

Green chili 4 pieces cut into small pieces

Oil for frying

Potatoes 3 pieces boiled and whisked

Gram Flour

Black pepper

Cooking Method:

Mix all the ingredients except the gram flour and make small round shaped balls from the mixture then press them to make circular disk type shapes. Place them in a tray. In another pot add a little bit water to the gram flour and mix thoroughly. Then dip the previously made circular disks one by one and put them in the boiling oil for frying. Deep fry them on a high flame and the chicken rice cutlets are now ready to be served.
