Chicken Tangri Kebab (BBQ)

Ingredients:

Chicken Legs 1 Kg
Black Pepper ½ Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
Yellow Food Colour Pinch
Red Crushed Chilies 1 Tsp
Cumin (Zeera) Powder ½ Tsp
Lemon Juice or White Vinegar ¼ Cup
White Pepper ½ Tsp
Olive Oil ½ Cup
Salt ½ Tsp

Instructions:

Chicken Marination Process

Clean and wash the chicken pieces and make random slits on them. Mix all the ingredients like black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt, red crushed chilies, cumin powder, and white pepper. Combine add olive oil, white vinegar and yellow food colour. Wrap chicken pieces down to the bottom in a steel foil and keep aside for an hour.

BBQ

Take the BBQ sticks. With a dry cloth paste the oil to sticks. Then BBQ the chicken in a coal steel grill. Grill the chicken pieces till they are cooked well on both the sides.

Cook Time: 20 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
