Coconut Cake Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2  cup condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup plain soda water

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cup grated coconut

  • 2 cup wiped cream

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda


Direction



  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree

  • In a mixing bowl mix flour, icing sugar  and baking soda and baking powder

  • In another bowl mix condensed milk, vanilla, milk and soda water

  • Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients

  • Make dropping batter if need add little bit of soda water

  • Grease the baking bowl and pour the mixer and then bake for 1- -15 minutes

  • Check with skewer if clean the de-mold if not then bake for few minutes

  • Keep aside the ready cake to get cool

  • Cut cake in round shape in two equal parts and when ready spread the wiped cream 

  • Mix the coconut with wiped cream

  • First spread on first round cake then keep another on wiped caked and then wiped the complete cake.
