Whole Lemon Grass Chopped - 1/2 Cup
Green Chilly chopped in slit - 2 to 3 (Adjust according to taste)
Cabbage chopped - 3 Tbsp
French Beans Chopped - 3 Tbsp
Coriander very Finely chopped - 1 Cup
Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
Lemon slice for Garnishing -
Salt to Taste -
White Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Corn Flour - 4 To 5 Tbsp
Water - 1 Litre
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Instructions:Wash Whole Lemon grass and add in 1 litre water,boil till it become 3/4 of part.
Now add green chilly and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn off gas and cover with dish and keep aside for 10 minutes,so flavour of chilly will dissolve in water.
Now Sieve this water.It looks like Transparent green.
On other hand Mix Corn flour in 1/2 cup water.
Now add this mixture properly in Whole green grass water which is sieved.
Heat the oil in pan,add French Bean and Cabbage, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add salt,white Pepper Powder.
Now slowly pour water mixture,stir continuously till it become thick.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off gas.
Now add lemon juice and coriander.
Garnish With lemon slice.
It is very spicy and sour soup.
It is Mouth refreshing and energetic soup.
