Easy way to own a credit card in the Philippines

I really had no interest on owning a credit card. Why would I? I could just use my bank account that I enrolled in an online banking so I can send money to whoever I wanted to. But, one day while I was shopping online, I was shocked when the modes of payment for that shop didn’t list my bank. OMG. I had no choice and need to find some alternatives. However, the shop only accepts credit/debit card or through bank transfer. Since I don’t want to get out of the house just to pay for my purchased items I had to find a way for me to have a credit card. That is only the choice that suits me.

Then after searching the internet, I came across PayMaya. It is reloadable virtual credit card and you can have it in your phone.

I downloaded mine at Google play. After signing up and providing necessary information such as a valid ID, your account is ready. I have with me a virtual card that serves as my credit card. This is what I used to pay for my bills.

Paymaya is really convenient for me. I like that it doesn’t have a maintaining balance unlike other banks. In addition to that, I can buy load, send load to others and access it for free ( available only for smart & talkntxt subscribers ). It is also regulated by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas so it is safe and secure to use. All in all, it is worth the try.
