Education System in India ...

Posted on at

The current education system in india is under many critics. The quality of education relies in the methodology we adapt for educating students. In Ancient Days of India, there was an eductaion system called " GURUKUL" through which pupil used to stay in residence or Ashram or camp of the Tutor. The tutor used to teach them everything including Philosophy , Science , Maths & Social Science , Self Defense and  Literature. That System was very effective because it is very practical & user friendly approach to preach.

But now the education system gives privilege to mere number scores by forcing them to memorize datas & theories inorder to move ahead in their educational career.Though India has enjoyed the advancements made by British government , they still lack the real development which is the quality eductation system.

In India, to attain saturation in one particular subject one person has to just memorize all the subjects like history , geography , moral science etc., he or she has to wait years to be a specialist in one particular domain.

Ultimately many years has been passed since India got freedom from British , there is a significant growth in the country economics. However, the supply of quality education is very less as plenty of institutions sell courses just for revenue. In a funny way , we can say the number of students pass out from colleges are less than the number of colleges. The ultimate effect of this system is high numbers of suicides recorded in the country due to unemployment & associated Depression. It is the time to wake up for the diplomats & policy makers to revolutionize the current education system by required modifications.
