  • You’re under State Pension Age

  • You’re not getting or eligible to get Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
  • You’re a student on disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment.
  • If you’ve lived or worked abroad, however have paid enough UK National Insurance (in the countries where UK has an arrangement).
