Ersin Faikzade - April’s Diplomat Artist

Posted on at

Diplomat Artist, our Facebook page and Web TV Channel, opens up the convergence of the world of diplomacy, art, sports, & popular culture: Diplomats increasingly endowed with artist sensibilities, & the artist inspired beyond stage & canvas to social and global contributions.

Diplomatically Incorrect’s recent current news event article, “UN FIRST WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY,” By Ambassador Mo diplomaticallyincorrect.org/films/blog_post/un-first-world-down-syndrome-day/48096 elicited significant feedback from many Facebook groups I belong to as community manager for Diplomatically Incorrect.  Among them: International Human Rights Council, Independent Women’s Support Group, and New York Women’s Network.

Through Facebook, I made the connection with Ersin Faikzade, a twenty-nine year old singer and writer born in Turkey, who resides in London.  After his mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Faikzade devoted himself to the sick and needy. With this objective in mind, he has given many free concerts for various charities and organizations in Turkey. Through his participation in international humanitarian projects he particularly aims to help those who are struggling with Down's Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Leprosy, and Cancer. For his outstanding humanitarian services, the International Human Rights Council (IHRC) has designated him its “Ambassador of Goodwill for Humanity.” (See official web site of Ersin Faikzade):  www.ersinfaikzade.net

Says Ersin, “I feel helping people in need is the purpose of my life.” Ersin reaches people all over the world through his songs and personal appearances. His rich tenor embodies romantic ballads with traditional, classical Turkish sound, infused with French, Italian, and Spanish sounds.  His music inspires a global harmony, solidarity, respect, global justice, and peace. He’s been dubbed “The Voice of Peace,” and “The Diamond Child of Turkey.”

My personal favorite is a duet made for peace, tolerance and love with Persian star Simin Bari. See ALL THE WORLD MUSİC CHANNEL BROADCASTİNG THİS DUET (PERSIAN AND TURKISH)

Luciano Pavarotti (12 October 1935 – 6 September 2007) was the inspiration for “Diplomat Artist.”  Ersin is a fan of Luciano Pavarotti according to his Facebook page.  Like Pavarotti, Ersin’s diplomatic message is projected through his Art. With a blind eye to race, ethnicity, age, gender,  personal religion or philosophy,  Ersin believes we are all children of “One World Family.” The harmony of his universal message of peace, tolerance, and hope strikes an inspirational chord for today’s world.
