This is my first post so here you'll find very simple introduction to fitness and weight training.
Who does not want to look good?
What do you do if you are thin like a stick and your friends tease you?
What do you do if you are weak and everyone bullies you?
What do you do if you are not self confident and think people around you are better than you?
What if you have very less muscle mass due to which you look less MASCULINE ??
A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO MOST OF THESE PROBLEMS IS EXERCISE..
BELIEVE it or not various studies have been conducted over the years and it has been found out that exercise(be it cardio, weight training, power lifting etc) helps you boost your self confidence and makes your brain work in a more positive way.
Not only this weight training is beneficial in the long run. Who does not want to live longer and healthy!! EVERYONE.. but it is very sad to say that only a few people opt exercise as an option to live healthy and look good.
It takes around 22 days for an individual to form a habit. I agree it can we very hard in the first few days, but as the time passes and your body adapts to these changes you are gonna love this.
REMEMBER, NOTHING WORTH HAVING COMES EASY!!!!
You got to work your ass off if want to look good
LOOK everyone has a choice:
1. A HEALTHY AND FIT LIFE (exercise, clean diet, proper nutrition with adequate sleep) or;
2. An unhealthy life (partying, alcohol, junk food, etc).
THE CHOICE IS YOURS.
