Approximately five days ago, bitLander staff / member, Micky the slanted salerno, has announced the latest topic that will generate extra bonus points. If you missed that particular post, below is a link for your convenience.

In the past, such announcements are usually called Double Rewards Topic. However, since the rewarded points are now slightly different, I guess it is only right to no longer call it Double Rewards Topic. Instead, I would be referring to it as Higher Rewards Topic (I would also be using this term for the entirety of this post)

Readers new to the site may not know this, but for seasoned members, they eagerly await such blog-topic announcements from Micky – simply because it is an opportunity to earn more from the site. As you may have already or probably noticed, bitLanders offer different prospects on how members can earn more. It is up to the member on how to utilize these chances.

For instance, during the day of Epiphany, the team has already released the magical item “Three Kings Crown”. I categorize this item special (magical even) as it is exclusively offered for one day only, and gives out a significant buzz bonus for the member who has it. Given the crown’s substantial power-up, it is quite expensive.

Some users purposely did not purchase the crown, while there are those that may have missed it – either way, I consider the two scenarios a lost opportunity. I won't be delving too much about the reasons here as yours truly have extensively discussed the perks and benefits of similar items on another post. As mentioned, since the buzz bonus for Querlo-related blogs will still give out higher buzz bonus, it would be advisable to still submit one. If you have visited the link to Micky’s announcement, you will see that the mechanics are simple enough and that Querlo offers a wide range of brand or consumer related topics that users can surely relate to (and of course blog about).

The Purpose of this Post

For obvious reasons, this blog is about the Higher Rewards Topic Querlo. This post aims to discuss in simplest terms what Querlo is all about through my own experience and situational example. Narurally, this post will also involve why Querlo is an innovative solution and how important it is for service providers, brand names, businesses, and consumer inputs.

If i may also include, based on my many years of experience here in bitLanders, some members are probably too excited seeing the new Higher Rewards Topic thereby not reading Micky’s entire post and quickly jumping into composing a blog. Although this is quite understandable, unfortunately, only scanning the announcement may lead to overlooked details.

Reading all the instructions and following them is quite imperative if one wishes to have a higher score. Besides, not doing so may not only lead to a lower rating but to sanctions as well (particularly the format of photo and video credits)

What is Querlo?

Before using a new service, it is good practice to visit its website and see what that service is all about – and the best way to know its description is by understanding how it defines itself or by the people involved on it.

What is Querlo as per Fredo898:

Querlo, a chat bot with a humantouch, a brand new technology that allows data to be collected in an interactive way, can greatly impact the dynamic of your average user.

What is Querlo as per its official website:

Querlo is a patent-pending technology designed to identify, engage, and promote relationships with Brand Ambassadors.
A brand management system that can help manage your global campaigns and customer relationships…

But what do the above quotes mean?

From the definition, one can surmise that Querlo is intended as an innovative way of knowing and improving relationships between brand ambassadors and customers through real time Question-and-Answer type of survey chat (a form of interactive survey). For those who are wondering, a brand ambassador is someone who promotes or endorse a certain product of a company.

It is also interesting to note that Querlo’s platform data collection method can possibly be extended to customers and their service providers such as restaurants, game developers, or any other entity that caters to the need of a consumer.

How does Querlo work? A comparison between the old ways and the innovative methods

Let us now look on how the platform works. In this section, I will try to emphasize or identify the key aspects on why Querlo has the innovative answers to limitations of older methods.

I guess it's only fitting for me to start with one unfortunate scenario I had before at a restaurant. This particular diner apparently has good online reputation so I just had to try it out. It was lunch time so the place is jam-packed with people. Being in the restaurant business, employees should be trained on how to handle stressful situations such as lunch periods since it will be obviously filled with hungry customers. Regrettably, my supposed to be happy-lunch-experience turned out to be a wretched eating ordeal thanks to bad crew service.

The experience was so bad that I talked to the manager – who seem to not realize the gravity of the situation. Eventually, I asked for a customer satisfaction paper or a complaint form (or whatever you call it). I wrote down my complaint and my abysmal experience. Sadly, only heaven knows if that paper would reach the proper department that deals with such cases. Although, I’m not sure if my opinion will be read and even addressed – one thing is certain, it would be a long time before I will eat again at that restaurant and would not in good conscience recommend that establishment to other people.

Pain points on older methods of customer opinion collecting –

As one may have observed, there are numerous pain points on traditional or older methods of getting customer opinions. One of the most common is how will the customer know that what they wrote on paper will actually be received, read, and even addressed? Usually, there is a drop box for these user opinions – but how sure are we that the crew does not weed out the negative feedback and only retain the positive ones? These situations are the usual culprit why genuine consumer feedback is hard to attain. Sadly, when such customer feedback goes unheard, Bad Customer Service remains. Of course, this will lead to consumer disengagement from the brand.

On top of this, the best time customers will give out a review is at the heat of the moment. If they had a wonderful experience, they would share the amazing feedback right there and then. The same goes if they encountered something terrible. However, once the moment is gone (say they travelled and went home), they are normally tired, lazy, or just wouldn’t care to give out a review, an opinion, or a kudos.

Either way, this is bad for business. For the former (the positive experience), the establishment just lost free positive publicity. As for the latter (the negative feedback), the company wouldn’t be able to identify that they have to improve on something. Because of a few bad apples, they lost a customer (and potentially more as their business would no longer be recommended by that person).

The Querlo Solution – the Benefits and Advantages

Luckily, Querlo can thank modern technology to overcome the pain points above. As can be seen on Querlo’s website, the company boasts of the so-called Real Time aspect. Needless to say, timing is a critical component for the success of any business. I’m not saying that Time is the only important proponent – rather, it is one of those that plays a crucial role for a company’s success story or a customer’s horror story.

Querlo also utilizes an interactive chat survey. There is no better way to engage customers and get their inputs than interacting with them in real time. And mind you, Querlo uses state of the art chat bots with a human touch.

Lastly, Querlo is easy to use. One of the reasons why people shy away from giving out feedbacks is because they are bombarded with questions. And despite the overwhelming numerous questions, some does not even relate to the consumer's recent experience.

Good thing Querlo is not like those boring conventional means of collecting customer feedback. Querlo is interactive – it is a platform solution that has an engaging question and answer portion that the customer will enjoy interacting to.

At this point, let us look at what Querlo can do for a business since the preceding sections are somewhat more inclined for the consumer's side.

As mentioned, knowing customer feedback at the soonest possible time is good business approach. Needless to say, the only way to achieve real time output is online. Fortunately, Querlo's interface is designed in such a way that it can be added as an API to any website and mobile app.

Because of the development team's ingenuity, brands and businesses need only apply Querlo's API to their site, and then customers may now give their input in real time regardless of the device that they are using.
