Fitness for good life

Today era's people is fast grooming for better and standard life but despite to say almost maximum people don't take care of their self still working for betterment of their family life so that they spend their life with peaceful. But the need is to think about their self if you are fit you better survive for all of your family member if you not take care of yourself might be you suffering from different disease which create obstacle on your routine life resultantly you take on bed rest all your family disturb also your balance. Today's it is necessary to take care your self do routine morning running which is most beneficial from all other exercise because it is historically routine of well fit people

For better life take routine exercise made a chart which you do daily basis for yourself. Dear all you are not a machine which people only use you have your identity so please think about yourself. I have already bussy in my life but I have routine exercise for fitness, I have many work of my life which include(social life activity, family problems, education etc) but I have manage them spartanly and do all routine work on time there was a good saying "If you don't care yourself no one care abut you" so first importance about ownself then other.
