The Bayern Munich president, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, had stated that Guardiola atracts the best players, adding the cases of Lewandowski and Mario Gotze. In my opinion, he is, like Mourinho, a winner and he wants to win every match, and that´s a plus for every player. He is a hard-working manager, working his team to the fullest and therefore achieving titles like we could see in Barcelona.
