Today we have a heavy and hard practice due to our rest days we will have 2 or more than that days to rest so we had a hard practice but our attention was with our national soccer team. Today they had an important match with Seri Lanka team in south Asia challenge cup. Fortunately our national team won the  match and they went to semi final grade. If they can win their next match they will go to final. I hope they do their best play.
