fruits are beneficial for our skin , many kinds of fruits are contain vitamin C which are necessary for our skin , as vitamin C is very important for collagen production in our bodies ,also collagen has anti aging property , reduce the size and appearance of wrinkles, accelerate the healing of wounds, keeps skin soft and reduces signs of aging. Most fruits are low in calories which are ideal for weight loss diets.Most of people know that fruits are an important part of health , necessary for diet and for people who trying to lose weight ,but many people get confused about the kinds of fruit which are low in calories and suitable for diet.
