You do not eat much during the whole day because of no time to sit and have a proper breakfast or lunch? Is your body losing its strength and health? Do you have enough time only for the dinner? No problem. Dinner will be enough to full fill the whole energy which you loose during the day. You work with your all energy during the day and get tired so you need some kind of extraordinary thing which could help you in recovering from the whole day's hard work. Where could you find such thing or such type of food? Well, I am here to help you in this agony.

Today, I am going to write about the healthy foods to eat for dinner which will cover up the whole energy which you have lost during the whole day's long and tiring work.  I will be writing the names and description of all the foods which you can have in your dinner so that you can full fill your appetite and your body would gain back all of its strength. The list might be long but choose wisely and make it your habit. So let us start with our first food which you can eat in the dinner.

Milk

Having milk before bed is a good practice as it helps you in sleeping peacefully. Milk contains tryptophan which supports sleeping. Milk also contains calcium in it. It has been proven by the recent studies that calcium deficiency can cause disturbed sleep patterns.

So, milk does not only helps you in sleeping well but also full fills your body needs during the sleep. But if you have not eaten properly throughout the day, then milk should be taken after having a full dinner and before going to sleep. Only having milk and not eating dinner would not be enough.

Vegetables and Grilled Meat

An outdoor grill is a simple and an easy way to make tasty and full of flavors foods which are also filled with nutrition. Wing steaks or whole trout with olive oil, brush chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill all of this over a medium flame until the meat is cooked. You should eat this with a variety of grilled vegetables which have also been brushed with olive oil. Eggplant, Squash, red potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, cucumber, and onions should be grilled well because they can provide fiber, potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C.

Soybeans

First of all, you should know what are soybeans? So let me tell you what actually are soybeans?

The soybean or soya bean, is a species of legume native to East Asia, widely grown for its edible bean which has numerous uses.

It has been proven by the researchers that soybeans contain a large amount of tryptophan which is very useful in promoting sleep. We are discussing the word tryptophan again and again but what this word actually is? Let me tell you first:

Tryptophan is an α-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It contains an α-amino group, an α-carboxylic acid group, and a side chain indole, making it a non-polar aromatic amino acid. It is essential in humans, meaning the body cannot synthesize it: it must be obtained from the diet. Tryptophan is also a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin and the hormone melatonin

It is thought that tryptophan is only present in meat and milk but let me add this information to your knowledge that soybeans in their natural form can provide you 100% of your daily need of tryptophan. Soybeans not only contain tryptophan but they also have calcium and it has been proven by the studies that an adequate amount of calcium also helps in sleeping well.

Brown Rice With Turkeys

Brown rice is more beneficial for you than white rice. People choose white rice over brown rice just because of the appearance but brown rice are more beneficial healthy than the white rice. The benefits of brown rice are listed below.

Only a cup of brown rice provides our daily need of manganese up to 85%. Manganese is very important for our health because it synthesizes fats and benefits our reproductive and nervous system.

Brown rice is rich in selenium which reduces the risk of illness like cancer, arthritis and heart diseases.

③ Rich in Naturally Occurring Oils

Naturally Occurring oils are very important and healthy for the human body because they normalize the cholesterol level in your body.

We usually say that anti-oxidant rich foods are only blueberries, strawberries and other fruits and vegetables. But brown rice also has the antioxidant capacity as equal as blueberries, strawberries and other fruits and vegetables.

⑤ High in Fiber

Brown rice is top of the list of the foods which are high in fiber and prevents colon cancer.

So eating brown rice with turkeys will be a good idea to remain healthy and maintain a balanced diet. In my opinion, you should try brown rice with turkeys.

Barley Stuffed Poblanos

You might be aware of Barley but not with Poblanos. So let me explain Poblanos first.

The poblano is a mild chili pepper originating in the state of Puebla, Mexico. Dried, it is called ancho or chile ancho, from the Mexican Spanish name ancho ("wide") or chile ancho ("wide chile"). Stuffed fresh and roasted it is popular in chile rellenos poblanos.

Barley Stuffed Poblanos is an amazing food to eat. It is not only tasty but it is full of fiber. If you cook it well and have it in your dinner then it will be enough to provide one-third of your daily need of fiber. The chili powder which you will add to this will increase your metabolism power. Barley Stuffed Poblanos also provides 20% to 30% of your daily calcium need. The total calories in it are near about 380.

 Hot Quinoa Cereal

Hot Quinoa Cereal is very delicious and healthy for your body. The cooked Quinoa has 186 grams of nutrition in it which is a very large amount. Hot Quinoa Cereal contains kaempferol and quercetin along with other large amounts of flavonoids which are strong plant antioxidants with various health benefits. It is also very much high in fiber. It is also gluten-free.

It is very high in proteins so it contains all the essential amino acids which our body needs. Studies have proven that Hot Quinoa Cereal increases the metabolism rate and increases the metabolism of health. Last but not the least, it also helps in weight loss.

Burger With Mushrooms and Radicchio

Burgers are always very tasty to eat. Most of us love burgers. But ordinary burgers may be harmful to the health. But burger with mushrooms and radicchio could be very healthy. This burger can provide your body more than half of the proteins needed and 25% to 30% iron needed for your body.

You will feel full because of the proteins and fibers present in this burger. Mushrooms like Shiitake are rich in antioxidants and will help in reducing the cholesterol. The total calories in one burger are round about 470.
