Why Hello There

I Have been on film annex for a while now but without ever posting a single blog, so I thought it was about time I introduced myself.

I am Carl, pleased to meet you.

I have just recently graduated from Staffordshire University where I studied Media (film) Production. And heres the proof:
 

 

 

So whats my plan for Film Annex?
Well, right now you can see some of my work while at university, or at least the films i made myself and so own the copyright to. Unfortunately a lot of my best work was as a cinematographer on other director's films so I cant upload them, but I have uploaded y Cinematography Showreel for you to have a look at which hopefully gives a flavour of what I have been up to these last few years.

In the future I plan to for this film annex to become a home for my personal projects. Hopefully I might make some more short films at some point. But I also love shooting music, so you might see some performance videos of my talented musician friends cropping up as well.  Who knows? I don't really have a solid plan which i'll work towards, but i think thats ok, wouldn't life be dull if we just stuck to the plan the whole time?

But I will definitely be uploading more at some point, don't you worry.

 

For now have a look at my favourite film of mine from University, made all the way back at the start of my second year! (Blimey that seems like ages ago)
