Happy national oatmeal day!! Here’s an overnight oats recipe for you that you get to eat on the

#hotbody meal guide coming out later today! Here’s the recipe:

1 cup dry oatmeal
1 green apple diced
1 TBS sliced almonds
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Just mix everything together (except almonds) overnight and chill in the fridge. Then wake up in the morning and eat it! Creamy, crunchy!
