Houz-e-Karbas High School Weekly Report

During the last week the students and the teacher’s presence checked to be on time; there was no problem except some that deal with. The office is so serious to fulfill the yearly educational program on time. During the last week the school educational manager attended in a meeting which was held by the municipality to discuss and counseling about the school cleanliness.

There was a celebration for mother’s day in school, the speakers in emphasized on woman’s role in the family as a mother, in the society as a citizen. They emphasized that women are 50 percent of the society, so an active and dynamic society needs them.

The Internet class students are very excited and very happy that they are able to use the internet, and are connected with the worldwide network of the internet. They familiarized with social media, and learned how to make their Twitter Account.

They have studied Twit, Following and follower options during this week. They are very interested to be active in their Twitter accounts.

The Houz-e-Karbas High School was founded in 1962 in Afghanistan. The all-girls school has approximately 4000 students, 92 teachers, 5 senior teachers, one education manager, and one administrator. Many classes are taught in tents. Film Annex built the first Internet classroom at the Houz-e-Karbas High School in May, 2012.
