Sometimes there are some aspects or specific areas in our life that we really want to change but we failed to do so. Perhaps you want to lose weight. There are many ways to on how to do this. There's liposuction, taking diet pills, working out or going to the gym, decreasing carbohydrates intake or the do the six o'clock diet. Changing one's life does not really depend on so much of the method but the main factor is the motivation. The methods answer the question How while the motive answers the Why. If you really want to change something in your life, then start asking the Why first before answering the How. Look for the greatest purpose why you want to change.
