How to cook Tinola

Ingredients

  • 1 Kilo Chicken cut into pieces.

  • 1 Young Sayote

  • 1 Liter of Water

  • 1/2 Malungay leaves

  • Ginger chop into small strips

  • 6 Garlic Minced

  • 1 Onion Diced

  • 3 Tbs Palm Oil

  • 3 Tbspoon Fish Sauce

Procedure:

  • In A pot heat oil and saute garlic, ginger and onion

  • Add water and the chicken

  • Bring it to boil and simmer for 15minutes

  • Add sayote  and simmer again for 5 minutes until sayote is cooked

  • Add fish sauce to taste

  • Add Malungay.

  • Serve Hot with Rice :)
