1. Eat Clean - No Junk foods, process foods, fried foods, just vegetables and lean meat.

2. Do 30 minutes of cardio everyday for 1 week, sprint running, jumping jacks, burpees, etc.

3. Get enough Sleep, minimum of 8 hours of sleep.

4. Drink green tea. Green tea helps in burning fats, making your metabolism faster.

5. Drink lots and lots of water. Water will help burn calories and will help detoxify your system

6. Repeat Every single day :)
