I'm finally seeing the crossroads clearly.

It's become glaringly clear to me that film is an industry that relies heavily on funding. The more money you have, the better and easier your vision will come out. And being at the crossroad where I have to decide which direction I want to go with the rest of my life, I've become increasingly cynical. I talked to a wedding photographer the other day who was not much older than I am, and he told me he dropped $15,000 on his equipment. Just to do wedding photography. How much money will I need to make films?? I wish someone would just give me a boost. Like a $20,000 just so I can get my foot in the door. With that kind of money, I could make magic. I'm telling you.
