BitLanders.com is one of the best social media sites that I've joined. It's been a year since I started using this and until now, I still have this enthusiasm to continue my journey. Since I am celebrating my first year of using this site, I decided to create a new tutorial blog for my fellow bitlanders to share my experiences and knowledge regarding to the terms and rules on this platform. So here it comes, just continue reading.

Bitlanders.com is a social media site that pays its users for being socially active and submitting quality contents. This site is good for those who have the talent in different fields such as film making, photography and blogging. It can help people in enhancing skills and at the same time to earn as well specially when users are submitting quality contents for review because it can be rated and ma'am Hillary is giving some advice on how to improve your contents.
BitLanders Friendly Staffs/ Team

Sometimes, we have some queries that we know only the admins can give the best explanations so aside from sending email to bitLanders support team which is cs@bitlanders.com , you can ask some admins in the global chat. What is good about approaching them is that, they are friendly and direct to the point when they answer queries, so when you have questions and you see them online in the global chat, don't hesitate to ask. By the way, don't send your queries to the chat-bots that will pop-up if you open the global chat, they are not what I am referring. Check on the users list located on the upper right corner of the global chat and look for them if they are online.
My one year journey in bitlanders
Dodging past to my journey, there are some ups and downs that I've encountered. I already reached the top rank on the leader board, multiple times. I also encountered glitches and some bad experiences with my fellow bitsers. Though some of my days in using this site were not quite good, it helps me learn to deal with the cyber world. So do you guys, you will learn to deal with the glitches, some inappropriate words from other users and some not quite good content reviews. Anyways, those will add spice to your journey so be grateful.
It's all about bitlanders
When my friend refer this site to me, I immediately signed up right after. I found it hard to understand on how this site REALLY works by just reading the FAQs so I watched some tutorial videos on YouTube just like the video below.

Through watching I have learned that this site is paying in bitcoin which is a digital currency that we can convert in real money BUT now, it is paying its users in BITMILES. There are some new users asking about this bitmiles so I think I need to clarify this up, bitlanders switched the payment method from bitcoin to bitmiles. Bitmiles is what we can earn here that are being generated by the so called bitmiles technology. In the bitlanders shop, we can convert bitmiles to dollars. 1 gigabitmiles/ 1GBM is approximately equal to one dollar. I am an active user. In fact, I never missed my daily quests yet (Except for the instances that glitches happened here). I am visiting the GLOBAL chat to interact and to teach some users in private. How this site works?
I know that you are referring about how to use this and how you can earn from this site. To make it short, you need to update stuffs/ contents from the four common sections on this site; movies, blogs, micro blogs and gallery. Remember that you must provide your own content. What is BUZZSCORE?
Buzz score measures our ability to reach, our influence and ability to engage. As what I have mentioned a while ago, bitlanders is a site for interactions and submitting quality contents.To know more about buzz score visit THE BUZZ SCORE.
How to increase Buzz scores?
Since the buzz score has components, you must know how to increase those. Buzz score in your statistics appeares Like the image above. As what you can see there are numbers on it, the Base buzz plus the so called Direct Power Ups which equals to the BUZZSCORE. Here are my tips on how you can gain high power ups and to make your base buzz high:
- Invest or buy some GEMS and use it in submitting high quality contents. Submitting quality contents is the best way to gain direct power ups.
- Log in to your account everyday for the buzz bonus and always do your daily quest.
- Be socially active. Buzz other's content, interact and subscribe.
- Shop and donate. You will gain rewards from shopping and gain direct power ups by directly donating some bitmiles. check on the shop http://www.bitlanders.com/shop/charity.
What is gems and why do we need gems?

Oh yeah! These questions are always been posted in global chat. For instance, gems or the diamond shape icon is one of the most important things on this site. You can use that in;
1. Submitting your quality contents for review. Here, we have the opportunity to showcase our skills in photography, blogging and film making. We can use our gems to submit those for review. Those content will be reviewed by miss Hillary, through her review, you will get some advice to enhance your skills. 2. You can use your precious gems to customize and resculpt your avatar. Visit the bit shop to see some cool stuffs for your avatar bitFashionista. Resculpt your avatar if you want to change its look or its gender.
3. You can use your gems to promote your content. Promoting is different from submitting it for review. On review, your content will be rated while on promoting, you content will be promoted and be able to see by more users by that instance you have more chance to receive more buzzes from that content.
Some users asking about how to earn gems? You can earn gems by doing your QUESTS BOX, You can only do the tasks on quests box once to get the gems from each task so you better use your gems wisely. When all your quests box are done, the only way to have gems is to purchase from the bitGoodies.
How to send friend request?
Someone asked me about how he can send a friend request? Oh well, there is no such thing as friend request here. All you can do to keep in touch with the person you want to be friend is to subscribe him. So that you can see his posts on your home page. ;)
How to like?
Yes! Some newbies asked that. To make it clarify guys, like on facebook is buzz here. Buzz a certain post if you like it. Just click on the buzz button on each post.
What are the rules on this site?
Just like other social media sites, bitLanders has its own rules to be followed by the members check the rules on his sir Micky's blog post entitled Rules to Follow on bitLanders To Avoid Suspension or Ban. By the way guys, Follow sir micky-the-slanted-salerno to be updated about the rules, double reward topics and some new cool stuffs on the store.
How can I withdraw my earnings here?
This is one of the most annoying questions that I have received from some of the newbies. Seriously, some just sign up and yet they are already asking on how to withdraw their gbm? -.- Perhaps, this is my answer to this question, when you reached the minimum payout which is ten GBM, just click on your earnings and it will lead you to My reward page then click on withdraw and choose the amount that your balance can withdraw.
