Karachi is a mega city and it is known as the 'City Of Lights".

In the 19th century, the British ruled Sindh. They moved the Capital from Hyderabad to Karachi.
Streets were laid and highways, railways and buildings were constructed.Many of these are still there such as Frere Hall, The Chief Courts, The Cotton Exchange, The Governor's House, The Sindh Club, Karachi Gymkhana etc
In 1947, Karachi was the capital of Pakistan and it has population of more than 23 million today.
Karaachi is a modern city with hotels, banks, cinemas, shops and airport.
Visitors can see the Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum, the National Museum, many fine mosques, amusement parks, the beaches at Clifton, Sandspit, Hawkes Bay and Paradise Point and Karachi Zoo.
