Mango is a juicy fruit native to Subcontinent. It is considered as the King of all the fruits in Pakistan & India. In fact, Subcontinent is the birth place of Mango. It is also the national fruit of India. From here, It got out to South Asia & many African countries. Both, men & women love the sweet taste and very pleasant smell  of Mango. It is also very beneficial and important fruit from the medical point of view.

Just like Orange, Mango is full of vitamin C.  One mango is enough to full our 100% need of vitamin C. Vitamin C strengthens our immune system and help us defend against various diseases. On mango contains almost 50 mg vitamin C.

Mango also contains vitamin A. One mango gived us 35/100% of vitamin A. Vitamin A strengthens our eye sight and is also very beneficial for our skin. Mango also contains Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamine, Folate, and many other nutrients that are important for out health.

Mango is also very rich in minerals and chemicals like Copper, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium & Manganese. These all are very important to keep a man healthy and fit.

According to Traditional Eastern Medical Science, Mango increases the production of red blood cells. So the patients who lack red blood cells can be benefited from Mangoes a lot.

Medical Science also tells us that Mango also gives strength to Brain, Heart,  Bladder, Liver.
It is the only fruit in the world that can be eaten at any stage of its growth when most of the other fruits can only be eaten when completely ripened.

According to the Food & Agriculture Organisation Of United Nations, the production of the mangoes per year is almost 38,600,00 tonnes. The biggest producer of Mangoes in the world is India. India produces 40% of the world's production.
