It was so fun until I smashed through the bushes and thorns with my face, ouch! Next time, face down and let the helmet take the beating.
It drops about 40 feet and the kayak is straight down nose to the water. It bounces back up out of the water and lands on its bottom. I've never screwed it up yet.
This is beside my house, like about 5 feet from the creek.
