Chelsea striker Diego Costa suffered a hamstring injury that he resigned from the Spanish national team squad and was replaced by young players Barcelona, Munir El Haddadi.

Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to give a statement on their official website, Costa was injured and will return to Chelsea to undergo further treatment.

Munir taken from U-21 to get into the squad to face La Furia Roja in the inaugural match of Macedonia Euro 2016 qualifier on Tuesday (9/9) pm dawn.

Costa played more than an hour when Spain's 1-0 defeat at the hands of France in Paris, Friday (5/9) pm dawn. Meanwhile, Munir appeared as a starter when the U-21's 1-0 win over Hungary and he was replaced in the 77th minute.

Munir scored for Azulgrana debut earlier this season when the team's 3-0 win over Elche.
