Today, October 28th, is National Chocolate Day.
Chocolate may have a reputation for making you fat, and indeed this can be the case if it is overindulged in, but it also contains a lot of things that are actually good for you.
These are best found in dark chocolate, especially organic. Although dark chocolate is much more of an acquired taste than milk for many people, due to its bitterness, it is still widely enjoyed. White chocolate is technically not chocolate at all.
Go on, have a piece of chocolate. One piece could be good for you.
