Noori top is a passage that takes one from Kaghan Valley into Neelum Valley in Kashmir, passing over 4000 m pass. From Kaghan valley, the jeepable road from Jarkhan takes you east towards Kashmir, descending near Sharda. 

Beautiful scenic route, you will see nomads hearding their sheeps, glaciers, and valley gorges and river stream.
