I am all correct and hope so all of you are also well. As I have been writing about different fruits for a long time. This time I have planned to write about oranges. This is the season of orange; everywhere you can see it in the market. This article is all about the health benefits of oranges. Orange is known to have several health benefits and is among the most popular fruit in the world. Sweet and juicy to taste, orange is one of the most delicious fruits. It’s the common fruit that is found in almost every house. Both orange and orange juice is used by all of us. It is commonly used as a snack. It’s a very healthy fruit. Let’s see its advantages.

Orange Prevent kidney diseases

Kidney stones are one of the common problems in our society nowadays. Almost every third person is having kidney stones just because of eating unhealthy food. Here is an easy solution by which very softly your kidney stones are removed. Orange is a citrus fruit; it helps to prevent painful kidney stones from forming. Oranges are full of potassium. This high level of potassium found in oranges is thought to be responsible for keeping kidney stones away by flushing harmful free radicals out of the organs.

Orange has both soluble and insoluble fibre. This helps in keeping your intestines and stomach smooth function, preventing all stomach problems. When your stomach remains healthy then all kidney problems will cut automatically.

Cholesterol is the major problem of that era. Each one of us is suffering from cholesterol which is leading us to heart problems. Nature is full of healthy eatables but we ignore them and pick up unhealthy food. Healthy eating basically lead to a healthy body. Oranges are full of soluble fibre, which is essentially beneficial for lowering cholesterol levels. The vitamin C in oranges neutralizes the free radicals that oxidize cholesterol, which is what makes it stuck to heart health. Exercising all day and eating junk food at the end is no more than a disaster. If you want your cholesterol level in control so, you have to add fruits and healthy food in your life.

Glowing, fresh and soft skin is the basic urge of each one of us. As we grow older, our skin along with our body parts suffers from damage. This process is same as the metals rust after exposure to air. Still, you have an option to save your skin from ageing and damage. Yes! You have an easy solution.

 Oranges are full of antioxidants and vitamin C, which slows the ageing process and makes you look younger than your age. Everybody wants to be young life and it is possible only when you eat an orange a day. It is also said:”An orange a day can help you look young even at 50”.

Orange is good for heart health. Potassium handles helping the heart function well. Potassium is involved in every heartbeat, as it helps the heart squeeze and sends blood through the body. Heart problems are due to consumption of unhealthy lifestyle and consumption of junk food. Orange having full of potassium it prevents your body from having a heart attack and cardiovascular diseases. One orange is full of potassium that makes your heart function properly.

Oranges improve immune system

Vitamin C, which is vital for the proper functioning of the immune system. Citrus fruits are also a great way to keep your health in the present. That’s only because of vitamin C present in oranges. Vitamin C is responsible for producing white blood cells that destroy viruses, bacteria and other foreign invaders. Oranges contain copper and different nutrients that assist vitamin C in keeping your immune system in ideal condition.

Oranges are good for eyes

Our eyes suffered a lot. In this polluted environment, our eyes are going through a lot of harmful chemicals, which is a damaging vision. Oranges are a rich source of Carotenoid. The vitamin C and A present in them play an important role in keeping the mucous membranes in the eyes healthy. The compounds present in oranges protect our eyes. Vitamin A allows your eyes to absorb light by keeping membrane surrounding your eyes healthy and also lessen your chances of having night blindness. A single orange contains enough amount of vitamins that fulfil all your daily requirements.

Oranges prevent cancer

Cancer is one of the most irritating and painful experience for both the patient and his family. They have to suffer a lot during this state. Different types of cancers like lung cancer, breast cancer and blood cancer can be prevented by having an orange a day. Antioxidants and vitamin C present in oranges build up immunity and fight cancer. In this way, every mineral in orange is beneficial for human body.
