Production blog: Dark Hip Falls video

I recently completed work on a video for Seattle band Dark Hip Falls. I used ink combined with water and gum arabic solution on glass. Below you can find a comparison of production shots with final stills, as well as more stills! The video uses a theme of Rorschach tests to interpret the restless and fast-paced lyrics in their song ‘Lam2: Red Hands.’ Find more info on technique here.
