Leadership contain great qualities from which man become great leader.the following qualities should be present in leader

1. The man should be initiative he has courage to start work and he does not hesitate and do not lose their confidence during starting of any work.

2.The man should show confidence on their abilities and did not take pressure of any kind and if he has his team he push them and he would have confidence on them more important is that he has self confidence in this way he can not lose hope.

3.the man should be determined and don not lose hope ups and down comes in life or in their goal or in their activity but do not lose hope and do not fumble , try to get your position and then try hard for your goals ,activity that you are doing.

4.The man should be brave in making their decision and he do not take any effect from any body any thing and stand on their decision and back their decision.
