Welcome to Querlo Tutorials! In this tutorial series, we will show you some basics on how to use Querlo. Today, you'll learn how to delete a chat.

 

Step 1:

On the menu on the left side of the page, click "Chats" (Q1) to see all your chats. Select a chat that you'd like to delete and click the "Delete" button (Q2).

 

 

Step 2:

A pop-up window appears to confirm the deletion of the chat, click "OK" (Q1).

 

 

Step 3:

On the top of the page, a pop-up message "Item deleted successfully" (Q1) appears. Then you will see that the chat that you had selected in step1 has disappeared in the list of your chats.

Note: The deletion procedure can take up a few seconds, please wait patiently for the pop-up message to appear.
