We are now all living in times of momentous change, affecting every aspect of our lives, whether it be relationships, career choices or our view of the world. The best guidance we can receive comes from within, as our own soul knows all that is to come, and will communicate directly with our heart.

 
Worry weakens the strong, distracts the focus and wastes energy. Not one thing has ever been solved, one burden made lighter through worry. Spend your energy instead on how blessed and grateful you are. Being that, really getting it, can move mountains. You realize then how small your worries really are.
 
It is important that you get involved in physical activities so you can keep your mind sharp, your body in tune, and your emotions in balance. Physical activity helps to release anger, clear away depression, and dispatch beneficial hormones throughout your body.
