Roses and their meanings (part1)

The most popular flower in the flower community is rose having intoxicating fragrance. The word rose is derived from Latin word “Rosa” and it belongs to kingdom Plantae.  Rose symbolizes the perfection, completion appreciation and achievements. There are round about one hundred species of rose. They always inspire people and they develop a language of colors.

Every color of rose symbolizes a specific meaning. Rose is not just a most admired flower rather it is the dictionary of different emotions and feelings. While giving the rose to someone we are personalizing it with our deeper sentiments.

There is a saying about rose; “The rose speaks of love silently, in a language known by heart”. Red rose is the queen of all roses and it indicates the courage, purity, beauty, passion, deeper and true love. It is the most convenient and best way to say “I love you” to someone. Red rose is also used as identity of power and expression of attraction.

Pink rose smell great, look elegant and they hide a deeper meaning.  This rose is the token of sweetness, admiration and appreciation of beauty. Pink rose can be light and bright. Light pink rose indicates sympathy, grace, happiness, enthusiasm and joy while bright pink rose defines recognition, delight and joy.

White color is the synonym of purity, humility and innocence. When the affections of someone are pure like virgin snow then white rose is given as gift. White rose also defines the loyal, eternal and stronger love, the love which is unbeatable by the death and unchanging sincerity.
