Ingredients and Seasonings:
6 hard-boiled egg
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
10 red chili sauce
5 curly red chili
1 tomato large size
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon flavoring (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar
taste cooking oil for sauteing


How to Make Sambal Balado Egg Tomato:

Fried boiled egg (this is optional, if you do not like fried can be cooked directly)
Blend all ingredients except salt spices, sugar, and flavorings.
Saute ground spices and add salt, sugar, and flavorings.
Cook until fragrant.
Add the eggs boiled and stir-fry until cooked and the flavors mingle.
