Screenshots from "Now and Forever"

Hey!

I had recently made a short 18 minutes long film called "Now and Forever" which tells the story of a meeting between a orthodox girl who is waiting to be picked up to a match-making with an older man and an israeli-arab plumber who visits her house to fix the rotten pipes. The two different cultured individuals do not see each other throughout the film, as the girl hides from the stranger, communicating with him through phones and closed doors. The two develop a strange connection, as the orthodox girl never realizes she is opening up to an arab man, telling him her fears and thoughts, well until the end that is when they finally meet and all hell breaks loose.. :)

these are a few screenshots from the film, which is now part of a feature film called "Water" which binds together 9 short films made by Israeli and Palestinian directors, all around the theme of water and the conflict in these regions.

The feature film "Water", and my film with it, was recently accepted to Venice International Film Critics Week 2012 and will open it! Exciting:

I've placed some screenshots for your viewing pleasure! Hope it looks interesting! Soon I will upload a trailer as well so stay tuned!
