We all want to be happy in some way or another. We strive every day to find happiness through whatever we think it is. But some of us out in a short way. Some of us make mistakes day after day to take us away from the shining beacon of happiness at the end of the tunnel.

Are you striving to find peace? Are you seeking to locate this inner glow that you know should be located? Are you short out or find the happiness that always fleeting? Life is a journey and it we find what works and what does not work. However, most people are unhappy tend to be some things in common. If you're looking to find peace, balance, and joy in your life, here's what not to do. These people have it all wrong:

1. They hate their jobs

You spend eight hours, and sometimes much more than that at work. If you hate your job and you can not help but hate your life because you spend 40 out of 168 hours a week doing something you can not stand. What is worse, we often take our anger of working at home with us, to reach this position disaffected to our homes. I'm not saying go out and quit your job tomorrow. Instead, take an aerial view of your life. Why do not you love your job? What is missing? Is it a profession in itself? Is your boss or your company? What is your passion? What are you good at? It takes a long time to answer these questions and then plan to move towards a situation of change, no matter how long.

2. they are constantly worried about money

Studies have shown that being rich will not make us any happier. A study by Princeton University showed that people need an annual income of $ 75,000 per year per household and no more than to be happy. Above this amount, more money has no effect on "emotional well-being." What this means is that you really need to be able to pay bills and save comfortably without worrying about financing. On the other hand, the lack of financial certainty does not make us happy so this is another opportunity for evaluation. Is overspending? You can reduce the size of what? How you can reduce your life so that you can afford? This is in no way an easy question, but that's part of the journey.

3. They did not have any active hobbies

Happiness is linked to the level of activity. You have to move on to a sense of satisfaction. What about yoga, walking, swimming, windsurfing, cycling, or running? Also linked to the happiness of doing what you love so find active hobbies that make you happy and get it.
