Starting Over Part One

Wheather fate has forced you to start over or you are choosing to do so yourself, change is scary. You have a choice, you can let circumstances overcome your life, or you can dust the dirt off and start over. Look at your opportunity as a blessing, not a curse. And let's get started finding a way to let the world see how wonderful you really are.

Wiping the slate clean

This is always easier said than done. Pretend your life is a chalkboard. and simply erase it all. All your mistakes can be wiped away. all you have to do is follow these steps.

 

Letting go of the past

It doesn't matter if you feel you have wronged people in your life or if you have felt that you were wronged you have to let go. Holding onto anger and or guilt will not help you get to where you need to be in life. So you have to let go of it to become who you want to be. Accept what can't be changed

If you accept the parts of your life that can't be changed and move on to the parts that can you eliminate a lot of stress. If you only have one leg don't let your goal of the new you be to have two legs. You are not a finished product

While there are parts of your life that can't be changed remember that the finished product that is not done yet. You have the ability to grow and change up until you take your last breath.

Start Anew

Close your eyes and ask yourself, "What kind of person do I want to be?" Now just relax and try to visualize what that life looks like. Starting over is never going to be easy, but just remember every day is a chance to become a better person than you were the day before.Do everything in your power to become more like the person you want to be each day. Be patient with yourself

Life changes take time. You have to train yourself to be a new person. Beating yourself up because you aren't changing quickly enough is not going to get you closer to where you want to be. Remember to treat yourself with the same love and compassion that you hope to treat others with.

Go with the flow

Life is always changing so remember that change can be good. Even when it isn't what you were expecting change will always be exactly what you make out of it. So try to get the best out of every situation.
