Steam Baked Roast

Chicken Pieces 1 Kg
Yogurt 1 Kg
Cumin Seeds 2 Tbsp
Coriander Whole 2 Tbsp
Red Crushed Chilies 1 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
White Vinegar 1 Cup
Chat Masala 1 Tbsp
Green Chilies 3 No’s
Lemon Juice (Optional) 2 No’s

Take a fry pan adds coriander whole, cumin seeds and red crushed chilies. Heat it then grind it in a blender.
Chicken Marination Process
First marinate the chicken. Take a big bowl pour down yogurt together adds cumin and coriander grind masala, red crushed chilies, salt to taste, white vinegar, chat masala, green chilies and lemon juice. Marinate it for a few hours.
Making Of Steam Baked Roast
First steamed the chicken then bake it in an oven for maximum 10 to 15 minutes on each side of the chicken.

Cook Time: 30 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
