Team players work well with other people.  An example is my friend, A. In the group, he is a member and leader of group. He always creates group cohesion, and helps members in the group when meeting with difficult problems. He shares ideas,necessary information for members to discuss and show how to properly handle most. He is always responsible for all of his acts. In summary, team players share their experiences for everyone in the group, and help their group be successful, growing and avoid unnecessary controversy in group.
