Thai Clear Chicken Vegetable Soup


Chicken Stock 1 Liter 
Ginger (Chopped) ¼ Cup
Chicken Powder 2 Tbsp
Red Vine Vinegar 4 Tbsp 
Sugar 2 Tsp
Black Pepper ¼ Tsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Capsicums (Cubes Cutting) ½ Cup
Cabbages (Cubes Cutting) ½ Cup
Green Chilies (Julian Cutting) ¼ Cup 
Carrots (Half Moon Cutting) ½ Cup 
Button Mushrooms (Sliced Cutting) ½ Cup
Soya Sauce 3 Tbsp
Chicken Breast Boneless (Sliced Cutting) 1 Cup (Boiled)
Fresh Coriander


First make a stock (Broth). It takes normally 20 minutes. Then pour broth in a wok only liquid form. Add some ginger, chicken powder, black pepper. Add vegetables step by step like add carrots first then green chilies and sugar. Pour some more broth in a stock pot. Then add capsicums and red vine vinegar. Again add chicken powder if needed. Add some cabbages and mushrooms. Then add soya sauce and salt to taste. Mix it and let it boil. When soup starts to boil add boiled chicken. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Cook Time: 15 To 20 Minutes.
Serve hot.
