Currently in circulation are three coins, Rs 1, Rs 2 and Rs 5. Rs 1 and 2 came into circulation in 1998, while the Rs 5 coin was introduced in 2002. Before these denominations, there were coins for Ana, Paisa and there was even a half rupee coin.

Take a look at the vintage coins of Pakistan, a part of the glorious history of Pakistan.
