Today while I was listening to an old song, I thought about love. I was trying to know what is actually love or affection. How does it happen? Is it real? Is it dangerous? Are there some limits to love? Why is love called painful?
Trying to know more about love and affection, I visited many websites, read articles and took advantage of books. Then I decided to write an article about love and affection.
Let’s find out the basic introduction of love. What is the truth behind the love and affection?
What is actually love & affection?

The love and affection are the two words but both are connected with each other. Love term is explained in the following words;
Love means to think truly and faithfully about someone with affection. Love word is known as “Muhabbat” in Urdu and “Aashiqui”. Love means to want someone and think about someone with the heart. The lover wants to get his love and he tries his best to give the affection and true peace of mind to someone whom he loves.
Love is well explained by Wikipedia in following words;
Love is a variety of different emotional and mental states, typically strongly and positively experienced, that ranges from deepest interpersonal affection to simple pleasure. An example of this range of meanings is that the love of a mother differs from the love of a spouse differs from the love of food. Most commonly, love refers to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment.[1] Love can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another".[2] It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.

Love is also defined by many people in their own words. Love is the feeling which makes a person happy or crying. Love has many types. I will describe a few here.
Love with God:

The initial type of love is with Allah. Love with Allah is compulsory for a Muslim. Other religions also insist that their followers must have love with their God. Love is the first initial and compulsory activity of religion which must be obeyed by everyone.
Why must you love Allah?

It is compulsory action because if you don’t have love with Allah then you will not accept all of His orders which will through him out from religion. When you love Allah, you are actually obeying His all orders and want to get His love and kindness. True love with Allah will make you closer to Him and you will receive his kindness.
Allah loves his mankind:

If we think the second type, we will come to know that Allah also loves us and he is very close to us. The Holy Quran tells us this truth and in his Holy book, Allah tells us many times that He loves us so much and wants our success.
Love with Prophet Muhammad:

The Muslims have a great love with our latest and last prophet Muhammad. Islam made the love with Muhammad (PBUH) compulsory. If a Muslim does not show love or affection with Muhammad, he is out from Islam; he has no space in Islam. In short, a Muslim cannot be Muslim without love with Prophet Muhammad. Islam orders us to love and obey the rules of Muhammad. We must spend our lives with the help of orders of Muhammad. This loves makes our religious activities powerful and we can be succeeded in this way only.
Love with mankind:

It is also a type of love, love for mankind. Our religion Islam tells us that all Muslims are equal and they are brothers. Islam makes our relationship stronger and orders us to have love among mankind and with our Muslim brothers. Islam gives us many examples and asks to love not only with mankind but also with other creations. Our love indicates that we are Muslims, we are peaceful and we never want to hurt anyone either there is animal or a human in front of us.
Our love makes the society peaceful, lovely and admirable. If we start loving each other, the whole world will become lovely. There will not be any problem, worry or sadness anymore, anywhere.

Love with animal had a great history. Humans had made examples of this love. We should love animals because those are also creations of God. Animals can’t speak with us, they are unable to tell us their problems, if we love them, protect them and take care of them, and then they will be pleased and happy.
Like today, people have pet animals like dog, cat, hen, dock and many others. People usually forget them while they are busy and usually don’t even take care of them very well which makes them crying and sad. The animals are lovely and cute, always take care of them, and make love with them. In response, these animals will also please you and will protect you. These are wonderful animals make our life lovely and amazing, so it becomes our duty to take care of them with full devotion.
